Data Deletion Instructions

Effective August 18, 2026

You can delete your Growpost account and everything stored with it at any time, directly from the product. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

1. Delete Your Account From Growpost

  1. Sign in at growpost.space.
  2. Open Profile from the sidebar.
  3. Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Delete Account, then confirm with Delete My Account.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out of every device. We then email you a link that restores everything exactly as you left it, in case you change your mind.

2. The 45-Day Restore Window

You have 45 days to use that restore link. If you do nothing, your data is permanently and irreversibly erased when the window closes. After that point we cannot recover it, even if you ask us to.

3. What Gets Deleted

  • Your account record: name, email address, and hashed password.
  • Every draft, prompt, scheduled post, and generated platform variant you created.
  • Media you uploaded or imported, including files brought in from Google Drive.
  • Access tokens and profile data for any connected social account.
  • Your settings, brand voice configuration, and usage history.

4. Disconnecting a Social Account Only

If you want to remove one connected platform without deleting your Growpost account, open Accounts and disconnect it there. That immediately deletes the stored access token and the profile data we hold for that platform, and leaves the rest of your account intact. Google Drive can be disconnected the same way from Settings.

5. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@growpost.space from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership before acting and will confirm once the deletion is scheduled.

6. What We May Retain

After deletion we retain only what we are required to keep for legal, tax, security, or fraud prevention purposes. For example, billing records we must hold for statutory periods. This data is not used to rebuild your profile and is deleted once those obligations lapse.
